What is the diameter size of the glass (I will be buying a plastic film to cover the glass)?

Here is the size and weight of this model: 47.6×42×10.6mm 33g. I'm sorry but the size of the crystal is not part of our specifications so we do not have that information to provide.

Is it possible to have one time zone on digital and the other on analog?

The short answer is yes, but the day and date won"t show in the digital display .This watch does not have a traditional crown to advance the analogue hands. The analogue hands are adjusted by means of pressing one of the 4 buttons which then synchronize the analogue time to the digital time of your home city. This watch does have a World TIme Zone function. In normal use the Analogue and digital both show the same time, but if one presses button C and enters the world time zone then the preset city, for example, Paris will be displayed for a couple of seconds after which the Paris time will show, but without the day and the date. This Paris time for example will be continually displayed in the Digital Display until the C button is pressed again. This watch can show times in 48 world cities (31 time zones) after your home city and its time and date have been entered.

You can either google it or go to support.casio.com and go to support / manuals. This model is called 5208 and if you enter that you'll have your manual. If finding the manual was difficult then you might have trouble adjusting it as well.
