Size was just right any extra cut with scissors. Thick enough to get the job done. Used for roasting a turkey. Came out great, fell off the bones, super juicy! Definitely recommend

This cheese cloth is absolutely top-notch quality and I am very happy to have purchased it. And I used it for my Thanksgiving dinner and although it stained, I was able to wash it quite well and there was no shedding of threads at all. The washing did not take out the stains of my turkey dinner, but it is clean and I am able to reuse. I would most likely buy this again and use for other projects
