Best looking pressure cooker out there
This is an amazing kitchen appliance. So convenient and easy to use, looks great, makes delicious food. It replaced our slow cooker and rice cooker so saved us some space. Non-stick easy to clean. Our only regret is waiting so long to buy it!

Horrendous Customer Support
So I am giving 2 stars because while the pressure cooker works up until now, their customer service is horrendous! In honesty my cooker was purchased in 2024. I only used it about 10 times. Operationally works fine, but now the pressure pin fell out if the top of the pot. I contacted Our Place to get replacement piece that holds the pin in place on the lid. I didn’t ask them to send me one free I was willing to purchase it. They made me send in pictures which I did and then requested receipt which I provided. They then told me they don’t send parts and would get me in touch with the Amazon customer service department inside Our Place. Well guess what I’ve been ghosted. My concern is the pin will fly out under pressure and it will be like a bullet and will damage or could even kill somebody. I guess company might respond then???? Anyway such a simple fix for them and nothing. So if you purchase this you are on your own don’t expect them to help you. I now have $150 paper weight I heard back from the company and they are rectifying the the complaint and sending me a new pot. I didn’t ask for that just the missing piece but they are making things right! Thank you Our Place.

Our Place Dream Cooker❤️
This Dream Cooker comes in 3 other colors. I love the fact it is a simple to operate and does its cooking job in a speedy timely manner. The food was cooked perfectly and I would love some of the other colors to have so I highly recommend this tool to use to cook with. It also sits very nicely on my countertop in an attractive and put together kitchen.❤️
