These are soft sleeves, like zip lock bag material. Toploaders are rigid plastic, like a credit card.

How many postcards fit in each sleeve?

These are single sleeves so one in each or 2 back to back. I prefer the 8x10 sheets which can fit more depending on size of card. These pages can hold from 3 to 5 of double back to back. Betty

Do the sleeves have pockets for individual postcards? Does the full sleeve fit in a standard size 3 ring binder?

no this sleeve does not fit into the 3 ring binders. yes we offer different size pages that hold either 3 or 4 postcards for the binders. thanks

Is there any other ingredient other than Polypropylene in these?

I am not aware if there is anything else included.
