Why is this so expensive and overpriced? the same exact version is online selling for 787 usd. ripoff much?

This is not a bicycle seller. Click on the seller at the top of the page. They are a fishing supply seller. Seems "fishy" to me. Not sure why they are selling a smart bike trainer for hundreds more than if you get it from the actual manufacturer's website (which has warranty)...

Does the rubber/plastic smell go away quickly? Mine is pretty strong just out of the box and I'm wondering if it will get worse with heat from use.

Does not come with Australian power supply

FYI it does not come with an australian plug?!!! i figured that with next day delivery it would but idk maybe that’s my bad… also, it doesn’t fit the trek domane!! make sure to have a look online for i compatible models - they do sell adaptors for these but i wish i had known because i was so excited to use it today!!

やっぱりダイレクトドライブ式

2台目のスマートトレーナーで1台目はELITEのタイヤドライブ式でした。今回ダイレクトドライブ式のKICKR Coreに買い換えて良かったと思うのは、タイヤかすが出ない点とパンクなどのタイヤトラブルがない点、静かさという点です。価格は倍かそれ以上ですが、継続するには極力テンションを下げる原因が少ない方が良いのではじめからダイレクトドライブ式を選べば良かったと心から思っています。あえて難点を挙げるとすると4つくらいでしょうか。これでも満足度は相当高くZwiftライフが継続できそうです。 1. 付属するZwiftの無料期間。Zwift新規登録のみが対象で既存ユーザは対象外 2. コンセント形状は3本タイプなので日本の一般的なコンセントで使うには変換アダプタが必要 3. カセット(スプロケット)は自分で準備して取り付けが必要 4. macOSとのBluetoothが切れやすい(他のデバイスが邪魔している?) - iPadでは一回も切れていません 5. 重いのですがハンドルなどが無いので運びにくい
