Tonal range: Treble: great reproduction of highs. Mid Tones: excellent tonal range. Bass: if you’re a bass lover, welcome home you will love these. If you don’t care for a strong bass response you can adjust the bass level through the phone app but even on level one the bass is fairly pronounced. Clarity: I was able to pick up many of the subtle aspects of songs that are not reproduced well with some of the earbuds I have tested and I experienced no sibilance issues which also tend to exist with other inexpensive earbuds. Spatial Separation: I was very impressed by the excellent spatial separation these buds offer. Listening to an HD live performance I felt almost like I was in the audience. Case: The case is small and will easily fit in a pants pocket or even a shirt pocket. The case has a flip top that is easy to open and thanks to the strong magnets the earbuds pop into place with ease. Noise canceling: These earbuds have Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and In my opinion I find that the ANC to be very good at blocking out background noise and I use the transparency mode when I'm out walking for safety and it works well. Latency: I just can't stand it when I’m watching a show and voices don’t match the mouth movements. It reminds me of watching old dubbed movies. I tested out the earbuds watching streaming shows and movies on my phone, PC and TV and I was pleased to find there was no noticeable latency when I had the "Low Lag Mode" turned on through the app. I also noticed no latency when playing PC games. Bluetooth: Bluetooth 5.3: pairing was very quick and the range from the sound source in my testing was great. I was able to walk all over the house without any issues. I really like that as soon as the case is opened the buds will pair with the device so I’m ready to go right away without any hassle. Battery capacity: The earbuds are listed as having 8 hours play time and when charging through the stored charge in the case 35.5 hours play time. I haven’t actually timed how long they can go I just know that after listening for many hours I’ve never received a dreaded “battery low” message. Volume: I can't attest to how loud these buds will go since I’m listening on an iPhone 13 Pro and have the ear protection setting on all the time to protect my hearing. So I'll leave this one for another reviewer to report. Possible addition: These buds have everything I need except for one thing. On windy days buds that have drop down posts extending from the ears, like these buds, tend to generate a lot of wind noise. I have other buds that have a wind canceling feature in the app and it would be great if Nothing would add that feature to the app. Then I think these buds would be perfect. Phone calls: I haven't used the buds for a phone call yet so I can't really say what the quality of the microphones is like. Yes I use them with my iPhone but I get very few calls since I primarily communicate through texts and emails so I really don't care much what the call sound quality is like. I think for the price these buds offer fantastic sound quality and features. I know CMF is a subsidiary of Nothing which sells earbuds which cost as much as nearly $100 more than these and I can't imagine what they could possibly offer that would be so much better that i
