I loved the packaging, and the device itself is very pretty. You have to download an app in order to use the features and the app is also straightforward and easy to use. There aren’t that many arts in general and most of them aren’t really my style but this will depend on personal taste and you can make your own design however you want it. They also give you some nail stickers in the box so you can start using it right after you receive the product.

I am not happy with this printer and have never been able to use it. App is horrible.

The first one i got said i had the incorrect cartridge, I followed the troubleshooting steps and still couldn’t get it to work. I was sent another one and was only able to print 1 hand worth of stickers then i started getting an error message that the paper wouldn’t eject. The picture quality on the printed stickers was only ok. The app is not user friendly and it’s really difficult for the user to create unique designs. I felt like my only options were the premade designs which were very few or i had to print a picture. The color variety is also very limited on the app. The designs only come in black gold and silver, so if you want to do an ombre it always has to be black. You have to buy extra printing paper and you need one sheet for each hand. I think the device is very expensive and the printer paper is also very expensive. In my opinion this was not worth it to me.

First of all the app is very complicated to use. It says to download a design and print but the main page had a bunch of useless pictures that were irrelevant to its use. Directions weren't clear, so I had to play around for quite some time until I managed to figure out which designs were downloadable. Other than that I think it's pretty cute and fun to be able to print my own nail arts at home with my own personal nail printer.
