I like the product it fits perfectly on my old cardiology stethoscope

While this is definitely cheaper than buying a new stethoscope, I don't think the sound quality is as good as a new one would be. Part of the issue is that the ear piece is not rigid enough so it doesn't grip strongly to my ears the way my original did and I find myself manually pressing it into my ears. I also find the tubing is softer, which affects how it sits around my neck (it just hangs down). Lastly, it was really hard to remove the original tubing from my bell and they do not provide good instructions on how to do it. Luckily my secretary had replaced her tubing previously and she knew how to do it. For now it is doing an adequate job, but I will likely bite the bullet and buy a new stethoscope in a couple of years.

Got this to switch the tubing on my 2007 Littman Cardiology III, and so far so good. I haven’t used it for intended purposes yet because I am a student, but I did try listening with my littman tubing vs this tubing and it did sound similar. Switching the tubing was difficult and I felt like I was about to break the chest piece having to pull off the original tube but turns out it is just very very secure! As is this tubing. It is longer than the original littman tubing by an inch or two, but I don’t see how that would be a problem. Earpieces feel snug and noise canceling is slightly worse than original. Overall I do love it especially for its color and definitely recommend this for anyone with older stethoscopes that only have the budget for something cheaper than buying a whole new stethoscope.
