Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. If you are in the same boat and looking for relief, I know that supplements work differently for everyone, but it’s worth trying and hopefully you’ll have the same results as me. Just make sure to give it time to work. Not everyone will have results so quickly so I’d definitely recommend giving it a full 90 days as long as you don’t experience any adverse effects. It definitely works for me. I feel much better overall after taking it. I did not finish a pack yet (28 pills), but improvement is there for sure. I sleep better, night flushes are gone and overall feel calmer, energy level is higher.
