Great! It’s really durable for mma! It looks phenomenal too. Worth the price. I will say it is a little tight, but to be fair it is a rashguard. Look into getting a size up if you like baggier training clothes. The stretch is really good too! What I will say for heavy training sessions is if you get darker colors, you will be sweating a lot!!! Especially during the summer. So keep that in mind. Oss!
