The game is fun to play and comes with expansions to the game to make game play more enjoyable and exciting.

The new tracks and mechanics add some fun new content. The tunnels make discarding much more strategic.

Our favorite racing game
Heat is one of our favorite racing games. The expansion offers new rules, new tracks, and a new car. (The car doesn't do anything new. It's just another color for another player). Same quality as the base game.

Solo game play is good.
You need the original game, but this expansion set Heavy Rain gave me 2 more cars, 4 more tracks and other cards. I play solo Championship season running, 2 cars and 6 AI cars. The AI cards only have the original 6 cars to run, so take the 2 new cars and run as your team. Its very good, you can follow the recommended seasons or mix and match your own.

Fun expansion
It's a fun expansion. I like having different maps to play with but I wish they would all fit in the original box. Having the expansions not quite fit in the same box as the rest of them is a little disappointing.
