This mashed potato mix has become a regular monthly purchase in my home. When it comes to price and quantity, it’s definitely a much better deal than similar options from other stores, and that’s what first convinced me to try it. But the best part is the taste—it’s absolutely delicious! Super easy to prepare: just add water, microwave it for about a minute and a half, and it’s ready. If you want to take it to the next level, add a little butter and some Daisy sour cream… trust me, it tastes amazing. It’s a practical, tasty option that pairs perfectly with so many meals. You won’t regret making this a regular part of your kitchen routine!

If you add the specified amount of water you end up with thick potato soup. It would be nice if the fill line was on the inside of the container. Add slightly less to get a very nice portion of mashed potato. The flavor is not very strong so feel free to add bacon bits, fried onions, whatever you like really. At 160 calories I use these as a snack. They are convenient and surprisingly filling too.

On my second case order! This is so easy to make and constitutes a filling way to ease hunger as well as provide consistent portions for multiple people fed and they taste great! 60 seconds on high in the microwave is unbeatable. Perfect as a stand alone comfort food.
