Avantree HT Series - Black Replacement Earpads

I was pleasantly surprised to find Amazon had replacement Earpads for our Avantree headsets. They were pretty easy to install and much cheaper than having to purchase new headsets.

These fit my headphones perfect and were easy to install.

So my avantree headphones have been used alot. Nearly 4 hours daily with the long commute. Finally the ear pads wore off and flapped about. So I ordered these. The removal of the old ones was simple enough. The installation of the new ones was a bit tricky at first. I was trying to slowly get the ring of material into the slot by trying to stretch the material. The technique that I found that worked was feeding the "lip" into the slot and slowly twisting, as if I was screwing on the new pad. This caused the material to slowly feed into the slot. The end just required a slight change by shimmying or twisting briefly on one direction before switching to the opposite direction.Aside from the small amount of frustration getting these on, they are just as when I first bought the headset. Nice and comfortable.

I should have read the reviews more carefully. They are easy to put on but substantially less padded than the originals. I may buy a thicker pair of pads from another brand. I gave it 4 stars because they are still comfortable but not the cushiony goodness the old pads were.Avantree, please bring back the thicker ear pads!

I was worried about putting on the new covers but after watching an install video it was easy - just please take your time and it will go on.

So I recently discovered that my beloved Tribit XFree Go headphones are not at all sweatproof, and the ear pad fell right off of the right side. I scoured for replacements but they don't sell any under their brand, so I scoured amazon for replacements of the same size. Looking at the headphones it actually didn't look like there was even a way to attach replacements but these were cheap and the same size so I decided to try it out. They fit perfectly! The wrinkly looking one on the right is the new one, it fit on great and seems relatively secure (though I will definitely not man handle them like I used to).

These are exact OEM parts ... it took longer to open the package than it did to install them. Simply slip the vinyl flange into the notch in the headset and literally screw it into position.

This does fit the ht 5009 but you have to disregard the video you see with it. It is a very easy replacement and the whole secret is starting the plastic flange into the notch provided in the head set. Once treading the flange into the notch , the grove takes up the whole flange by doing the twisting basically theading the big flange into the slot but looking at the instructions, you wouldn't think that the 1/2 inch flange would fit into it but it does!

Passen gut auf Avantree Kopfhörer. Alles bestens. Anbringung war etwas knifflig, aber geht.

Looked very similar to the original part so I am happy with the quality. Easy enough to fit. Comfortable as the original on the ears and head.
