I’ve gone through a lot of vanilla syrups over the years, and this one has easily become my favorite. The DaVinci Gourmet Naturals Madagascar Vanilla Syrup strikes that perfect balance that’s surprisingly hard to find. First off, the consistency is spot on. It’s not watery like some budget syrups, but it’s also not so thick that it feels heavy or artificial in the drink. It pours smoothly, mixes easily, and blends beautifully into both hot and iced drinks without sinking to the bottom. Flavor is where it really shines. The vanilla tastes smooth and natural, not harsh or overly “candy-like.” It has that warm, rounded Madagascar vanilla profile that complements espresso instead of overpowering it.
