I have tried several brands and keep coming back to this one. The sweetness to me is closest to real sugar. I have used it to make jams and jellies without any crystalization. You need to test it on a cold plate though because it takes longer to get to a gel stage that sugar. I also bake with this with very good results.

This is an excellent change from chemical artificial sweeteners. This is 100% all natural product, perfect for coffee, tea and sweetening fruit. (I have been studying the results of chemicals on the brain: sucralose & aspartame). They reduce oxygen to the brain. This is an excellent replacement!!

I've been buying this for 2 years. It's the lowest price compared to other similar products. It looks and tastes like sugar. You honestly cannot tell the difference. I bake with it too.
