Surprisingly Delicious
This was suggested to me when I bought a similar item; Korean ramen I think. I decided to buy it and try something new, but I didn't have high hopes for black bean flavored noodles. It didn't sound particularly exciting. When I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. It's full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The noodles have great texture if you follow the 5 minutes of boiling instructions; not too soft or firm; nice and full bodies compared to a ramen noodle. I suspect that you could microwave them for 2-2.5 minutes, let them sit for 5 min, then strain them, but I haven't tried it. I don't mind the stove top boiling. It actually smells really nice when have just the seasoning in the water.

Very flavorful
Delicious but extremely salty if you use the whole flavor packet. I greatly enjoy the texture of these noodles compared to some other brands. They are kind of expensive on here but not as expensive as the gas it would take for me to drive to the closest Asian market that stocks these. Have purchased several times.

My favorite instant noodle!
This taste really similar to the actual jjambbong because of the spicy oil. Great tasting and easy to make! Delicious spiciness, not the painful kind.

Delicious, delicious, and delicious!
*So* much better than the Jjangmyeon noodles with powdered sauce, even from the same supplier. The pre-made sauce packet is thick and rich in flavor, and is a generous amount for the noodles. Preparation is easy and quick, too - surprisingly, this convenience food tastes like something that required a few hours of preparation. I enjoy this prepared as the packet directs, but I like more vegetables with Jjangmyeon, so I usually add ยฝ of a small, chopped onion, a cup of Peas, and about a ounce of dried Kimchi toppings. Anyway you serve it, it is as close to restaurant-quality as I have found! Excellent value for money, it brings Korean date night home - and pairs well with "Crash Landing On You"!

Tastes so good! Really good for a vegan looking for tasty ramen. There aren't too many options out there that taste good. This is my new favorite right next to the Soon vegan ramen.
