I received this drone in a non-functional condition right out of the box. It does not work as advertised, making it completely unusable. I immediately contacted the seller for a replacement or return support. What followed was weeks of waiting for responses. When the seller does reply, it’s usually one-word messages like “ok” or “sry”, with no explanation, no solution, and no action. There is no real customer support, no effort to troubleshoot, and no willingness to resolve the issue. This is not how post-purchase support should work, especially for an electronic product. I am now stuck with a defective item and an unresponsive seller. This experience feels less like bad luck and more like systemic negligence. Buyers should be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I hope Amazon reviews this seller’s practices because this level of indifference damages buyer trust.

This is a drone with brushed motors and not brushless motors the "4K camera quality" is a total scam the actual quality on the camera is not even 480p the camera is a toy. Battery life is not more than 10mins and battery heats up very quickly. I bought these for my kids they came crying in 2 days because of how bad it was. No wind resistance.

This Product deliver us in good conditions and not damage also. While operating it's not functioning even Inform next day. No resolution provided by amazon team also They are simply telling product can't be replaced or refunded. We requested so many time to coustmber office as well. Simply waste of money
