This temporarily relieves the terrible burning/itching I get on my forearms. It only lasts like an hour but at least it's something. My only complaint is the bottle itself which is very difficult to get all the lotion out once the spout stops working. This is not cheap lotion and I end up trying to dig the last 1/3 or so out of the bottle with a toothbrush.
