Me parece un producto bueno sin embargo es muy molesto que el proveedor con oficinas en mexico no se haga responsable .Acudí a las oficinas en Ciudad d e mexico a reclamar un producto que claramente tiene un defecto o falla y me dijo que ellos no dan garantía a productos de su marca vendidos por amazon

Not as good as my old Hansgrohe
I purchased this hand shower to replace a 5-8 year old Hansgrohe Raindance E120 (rotary style without te select button) that had started to leak from the 3 “whirl” spouts when not selected.This new unit performs adequately but not exceptionally. The Intensity of spray seems a little weaker and the “whirl” function did not “whirl” like my previous model.The packaging also seemed un-pristine and may have been a repack.I also noted that the head to handle angle has increased from 60° to 72° resulting in the spray shooting further away from the wall with the holder tilted all the way down.A decent shower head but fell short of my expectations.I am re-buying the Raindance E120 without the sext feature which I will review in the future.
