The gauge and sensor was installed using the instructions in the manual and the YouTube video posted by the seller. I like the display, however, the product is not performing as expected. The reading is very high sometimes going up to 120°C with light driving. All checks on the vehicles cooling system does not show any sign of overheating. When the vehicle is started after being parked for about 1 hour the guage immediatley shoots up to 120 and stays there for a time, occasionally going to 110 then back to 120. I am sorely disappointed with this product as I bought it as an alternative to the vehicles factory gauge/sensor. Based on what I am experiencing I would not recommend.
