Does this come with an AC wall plug?

No...it's just the USB. I already had the a/c plug

Since i can't find the contact button on here im writing on here. The cwble cord i ordered for the note 3 has a short in it . It wont stay charging

At first I used it at home, then later on in my office, and now permanently in my car to charge my Note 3 cell phone. The 3 ft cable cord works well.

Depending on when you purchased it, you might ask for a replacement. I had to purchase a new one after 5 months when I purchased a Note 3 from EBay with a charger.
