Attractive. Easy to set for 24 Amps
I chose this charger in large part because it was already so highly reviewed by a large number of people. I like the sleek look of the charger, especially since I'm using an outside wall where it's visible to anyone coming in my side door. I also chose it because it has a shorter than usual cord--18 rather than 25 ft. I didn't need the extra length and appreciated the option of a shorter cord and less clutter on my wall. While the charger is rated for 32 amps, it can be internally set (by your electrician) for 24 amps. My electrician was pleased at how easy this was to do. This is a nice option if, like me, you have a pre-existing 240 line that was used for, say, a dryer and don't want to upgrade the wiring to handle a 32 amp charger. Since I will be charging overnight, the extra charging time for 24 amps doesn't matter to me, and it was a considerable cost savings over installing all new wiring. The electrician and I both agreed that the cord from the charger to the outlet was sufficiently short and stiff that it was better to install an upside down outlet box below, rather than beside, the charger and let the cord hang straight down. You certainly could install the outlet right side up and next to the charger. I chose the non-wifi version because I didn't want to deal with apps. I just used the car's charging options to set the maximum AC charge to 90%. The charger has a flashing blue light that shows it is charging once you plug it into your car. There are no controls on the charger. You just plug it into your car, and the car begins to charge. I trust it will cease charging once it reaches my 90% setting. In sum, I'm very pleased with the appearance, price, and functionality of this charger for my Hyundai Kona EV.

Great charger and excellent customer support
Excellent charger and customer service both before and after sale. All technical questions were answered before sale, Fast order and delivery. The charger itself is compact, well-made inside and out, with a supple cord and robust connector. Simple to mount. Three power levels makes it somewhat future proof if we eventually get an EV with a higher demand than our plug-in hybrid. I incorrectly set the power level DIP switch (totally my fault) and tech support quickly resolved the problem over the phone. Tech support was immediate and knowledgable and got the engineering guys to answer one question within hours. For the highest power level, just plug it in. No configuration needed. Highest recommendation. Updated after one year: This unit has been trouble free and is holding up great. It handles our poor input power gracefully. Still very happy with it. Highest recommendation still.

Very good EVSE / Charger for EV
Iโve had this EV charging unit on my garage wall since 2017 Chevrolet Volt. It has been flawless since then and is now in use for me 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. I use it at its max (of 3) settings delivering 32a to the car, to charge in several hours. Easy to install & set-up and has been perfectly reliable. Recommended

I spent aLOT of time shopping for a Level 2 charger for my 2015 Nissan Leaf... toying with this purchase for a year or so. I finally decided on this charger and it is amazing. It was so easy to install and it is such a nice clean profile and classy look. I am amazed at how fast my car charges compared to the Level 1 charger that come with the car. I have used a few different chargers at different locations and feel like this one is charging the fastest. I used the default setting, so it is at maximum charging capability. I would recommend this to anyone. It exceeds my hopes and expectations.

Works well. Reasonably priced.
Have had this level 2 Charger for over two years since I purchased an EV. Works very well. I did have one electrical issue, not with the unit but the outlet. My electrician seemed to think it was something he may have done incorrectly when he installed the outlet. Didn't charge me for the repair. Charging unit itself has been perfect!

J1772 latch on mine was fragile, otherwise great
I purchased my EVoCharge on May 22, 2018. It was easy to install and worked great until yesterday, 10/9/2018. I was putting the cord and plug away and untwisting the cord. The plug hit the concrete floor and the latch broke. I sent the seller an email yesterday. I am hoping that the plug or latch piece will be replaced under warranty as it should not have broken so easily. The charger is functional, but without the latch it will not secure to the storage socket. Updates 10/10/2018: 1. I repaired the latch with a 1/8" steel rod. 2. Daniel at EVoCharge contacted me back. The latch is covered under warranty because it should not have broken. The J1772 plug is supposed to withstand being driven over by a car! They are sending me a replacement.

Very simple to install and use
First one I bought lasted for a week. Amazon replaced it in about a week. Letโs see how long this one last!

Home car charging unit.
The first one I got stopped working after a week. It was replaced immediately. This one has lasted for two years with no problems. It recharges my car quickly. Not as fast as the ones out on the street that you fill up at. It takes about an hour for every 7 to 10% of your battery to refill, but it does great refilling it every night to the 90% level that I stop at which gives me more than enough power to last throughout the day and sometimes even longer. Excellent service.. my electric company gave me back 75% of the cost. Very cool
