You can smell and taste the difference in this fine extra virgin olive oil. I just received this a couple of days ago, and the same night I made a large batch of crostini (with baked fresh baguette slices) for several different bruschetta spreads I had laid out. I generously brushed the slices with olive oil before baking, and they turned out perfectly crispy and delicious. I shared them with my 4 housemates, and they all loved them. However, I actually bought this brand of olive oil to use daily for its health benefits. I drank my first teaspoon today, but will probably graduate to about 1-2 tablespoons. I never thought I'd "drink" olive oil, but it wasn't bad at all, and after reading a lot on the subject, I thought I needed to give it a try. This is a premium olive oil from Morocco that's cold-pressed and rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols offer significant health benefits by reducing chronic inflammation, improving blood pressure and cholesterol, enhancing insulin sensitivity, and protecting against cardiovascular disease, neurodegenerative diseases, and certain cancers. However, not all olive oils are equal. In fact, I read that there are a lot of fraudulent olive oils out there that are mislabeled as extra-virgin even when they're not. A 2010 study conducted by the University of California–Davis Olive Center tested supermarket samples of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and concluded that more than 69% of olive oil labeled “extra virgin” did not meet the legal standard. Who wants fake (heat-treated or refined) olive oil when you can have the real deal? Now, other polyphenol-rich olive oils, including the one promoted by Dr. Gundy, can be VERY EXPENSIVE. Gundry MD Olive Oil is also produced with Moroccan olives and is rich in polyphenols; however, it's 3 times more expensive than this brand. Atlas Olive Oil, I believe, is comparable in quality, and the price is polished. If you want a superior quality olive oil at an affordable price, this is the one!

I bought this oil to drink vs. use in cooking. There is a lot out there saying EVOO can be very good for your health as well as weight loss. I never though I'd drink a spoonful of oil every morning, but I started, and I'm not complaining. There are certain brands that have phytonutrients that our bodies benefit from, so I'm getting my own study done here at home. The box was beautiful and durable, so the bottle didn't break. It's a very expensive bottle, but you pay for quality, and this is supposedly one of the best in the world for what I am looking for. I would say it is digestible, and it does help with constipation... the bottle is beautiful, the oil tastes better than I expected, and I have not gained any weight since starting it as a health supplement. I will buy again.

Excellent quality Olive oil. Tastes great and seems of very high quality. Pours out nicely and not too much or too fast. Comes in Dark Glass bottles not plastic for keeping it fresh and no fears of plastic BPE toxins. Good quantity for the price. We didn't find it peppery as some people felt in reviews it was. We have noticed that often good quality Olive oil is sorta strong tasting, which might be what people are noticing compared to many brands that have mixed other cheaper oils added in them and lie to the public that it's all the real deal. Our family will definitely buy it again. No complaints on it.

I picked up this Atlas 1L cold press extra virgin olive oil, and we’ve been really liking it. The flavor is smooth and not too overpowering, which makes it easy to use for just about anything—cooking, drizzling, or even dipping. It tastes fresh and high quality, and you can tell it’s a step up from cheaper oils. Overall, it’s become a regular in our kitchen. Definitely one we’ll keep buying.

The best EVOO ive purchased - saute a lot - so perfect for that - take 30ml oraly twice daily ( health ) no after taste ;) will be a member forever !

Oh WOW, This bottle was wrapped so beautiful I took a photo! And when I opened it, immediately I took a teaspoon full and within an hour, no kidding, I was cleaning!! The taste is so smooth 😋 I am very impressed with this Company, that I am a Customer for the rest of my life!! The price, taste, bottle and authenticity is AMAZING!! Don't hesitate, buy it! This is a great product. Tastes superior, and much better for your health than the plethora of low quality olive out there. A bit pricey, but will buy again for sure.
