After using them for more than 5 months , i can definitely say they are actually helpful esp while doing pull ups , they provide good support , however it takes some time to get used to it And only downside is that they are a bit ( tiny bit ) big ....they should be a little tighter around loops

i have never used any figure 8 style grip support before but let me tell you this product is unbelievably good. it just works. the normal lasso grips take too long to strap in and the end result was never good for me. i was frustrated and could not perform RDLs to their full potential due to grip issue. today i did my first session with these and the grip factor was absolutely gone. it locks in well and comfort is as good as it can get when your wrists are totally locked onto the bar. it is much more expensive than a normal lasso style grip, but if grip is something you are really struggling with and can invest, it will be worth it!

Really liked the product, the quality is great, also the padding that they've done feels great while lifting heavy weights on pulling movements. Since the product is a figure 8 straps, it is easier to use than a traditional strap which requires you to fold the length several times. Satisfied with it, a really good buy for anyone who's looking for lifting straps.

It is very easy to use and very good for lifting in my opinion go for it.
