The best thing that I like about Run Gum is that it provides me with the energy I need when going for my early morning runs without having to drink coffee or an energy drink. With liquids, if you drink them before your run, it may not sit well with your stomach, ruining the overall run and experience. With Run Gum, I get the same energy without the feeling of upsetting my stomach, allowing me to enjoy my run. In my experience, any kind of gum while running, keeps my mouth from drying out as well, leading me to feel less dehydrated through my run. So this is just killing two birds with one stone for me. Highly recommend if you're a similar runner!

Improved version of the Run Gum basic product, with twice the caffeine load (equivalent to two of the regular pieces). You can feel the hit, and the gum is less corrosive on the inside of your mouth than a lot of the other caffeine gum products. Well recommended for that mid-morning or mid-afternoon boast.

Sure. It tastes bad, but you're most likely a runner if you're interested in this product. We don't do things because they're comfortable. I take caffeine before races not because I want to have a snack but because I believe it boosts my performance. It tastes bad and is super tough, but it does the job.

If you don't love coffee sloshing around in your stomach the first few miles, Run Gum is a great alternative without losing the boost. I've used on last two marathons (and training) as complements to classic nutrition of gels/blocks to help keep blood sugar in better control. I business travel a lot and the slim packs are easy to carry and get some caffeine when coffee isn't available. Run the Day!

Unfortunate this Item can’t be returned, wasted $36. I’ve been using Neurogum for awhile and love it, but I was excited when I saw a higher caffeine option with this product. I suppose some trade off in flavor should be expected, but it is absolutely disgusting. My Wife and I both spit it out within moments. On top of that the texture is terrible, it’s immediately dry after chewing with very little juice coming out. Still upset I can’t get my money back. Back to Neurogum.

I have always utilized the original run gum for big workouts and races at a high level with extraordinary satisfaction, so when I heard that an extra strength version of Run Gum had come out I had to try it. Of course, as it always has, Run Gum delivered. It provided a substantial boost in energy without making me jittery. This has been key in races recently and I couldn't be more thankful.

Flavor was great, but the flavor did not last long. I did not feel as energized like I thought I would and the price is a bit expensive

Worked exactly like I expected. I used it at work for a little extra pep in my step. I also gave a piece to each of my kids on the way to their high school track meet. Maybe it was a placebo effect but I fell like a little caffeine helps with their moods early in the morning. Received my order and placed another order the same day.
