I was excited to find this product. I don’t know if the melatonin I would use just wasn’t working anymore, so when I read magnesium and melatonin is better, I was so happy to find this product. After over a month of using it nightly, there has been absolutely zero improvement in my sleep. I still wake up 2-3 AM unable to go back to sleep. I still wake up 1-2 before that but am able to fall back asleep. I don’t feel more rested either. I wouldn’t recommend this.

The added magnesium has really changed my bedtime routine. I use it every other day. My body is now a lot more relaxed and I find that I don't wake up as often using this kind--I used to always purchase the sublingual one, but I found I was waking up often in the middle of the night. I also use grounding sheets and when I'd use this kind with the magnesium, I find that I'm more well rested the next morning. I will continue to purchase this on repeat for as long as its available!

Good product cheaper than most stores

Very, very effective. My only issue is that if I don't sleep enough after taking these, I feel weird and dizzy the day after.
