Works very good. Even just 1 pill. Can take 24-48 hrs. No cramping or diarrhea. Drink lots of water. Don’t take it daily. It is a laxative & you could become decent on it. But it helps especially if u have issues when traveling.

These are amazing. One or two at night for relief in the morning. No cramping whatsoever. My GI doctor said that they were natural and very safe for long periods of time.

These def work! For me, it takes anywhere from 12 to 24 hrs to work after I take one. I will then go 2 to 4x over a period of hours, good clearout, nothing urgent. However, my system is very stubborn. I have a few family members who get much quicker results (12 hrs or less) and atleast one of the bathroom trips will feel pretty urgent..lol depends on the person, but they absolutely work. I recommend tracking the first several times you take it so you know what to expect for your life/schedule.

This is a good mild non-stimulant laxative

I have a colon that just doesn't move the waste along anymore. Everything I eat simply sits. I eat an extremely high fiber diet consisting in fresh fruits and vegetables and some chicken and a good amount of fish. I do not eat sugar, salt, or any processed foods. I drink fermented tea and eat yogurt for good gut health, all to eliminate health problems that would require taking medication. I am retired now but use to have a very physical job doing landscaping work. I got plenty of exercise from my work. My colon worked very well, but two years ago all that stopped like someone had flipped a switch. At the time I was still working and eating healthy, but could no longer move the bowels. Doctors came up with no answers, as they didn't find anything to fix, as there was nothing to fix, but I remained with the problem. I have had some success with your product. I hope it will continue to work at least somewhat. Things tend to work for a while but then stop. I hope I have better success with your Cape Aloe. Thank you.

This product is terrible. I took 4 and it still didn’t help constipation. This product is 13.00 for 90 pills that don’t work. I tried Pure Sunshine Supplements 4.5 out of 5 stars 81 Reviews Detox 535 South African Cape Aloe Ferox Pills- Natural Laxative and it’s the most amazing product. It’s 21.00 but it works. I was hoping to save a little money and try this product but I wasted my money.
