Great product with great customer support
My first one went bad. I reach out to the company. I sent them a short video and they sent a replacement. This one is working great so far. I like this ice maker. Would purchase it again.

Defective unit
Does not make ice. Has a water level fault just out of the box. I would not recommend purchasing this.
