We are using Bissell Crosswave OmniForce Edge Pro for last three months and it is just wonderful do the cleaning very good, build quality is very good, using and cleaning the machine is very easy, self cleaning function is very effective, Battery life is enough to clean the entire house, it is good value for money we spent on the machine

Great product! Cleans up floors easily, leaves no streaks. Picks up hair and other small particles with no fuss. Everything made sense except cleaning solution. Cleaning solution is close to 1/3rd of product’s price, which can easily kill this product in market. Guess it’s partially because of our taxes. Also wish it had larger tanks. From 100% to 50% battery, it can fill up dirty water tank. But that would make it difficult to handle. It’s on the heavier side, a lot of moving around in go can tire you up a little. Forget about cleaning stairs unless you plan to skip gym and do this instead of weight training. My first vacuum mop, so can’t compare it with anything else.

PROS: 1) Since it is chordless, it is hassle free for carrying anywhere (excellent) 2) Dual tank system provides use of clean water for every wash (excellent) 3) Sweep and wash at the same time (excellent). 4) Self clean function is very helpful for cleaning brush and drain water from brush (excellent). Limitations 1) Will not reach corners for both sweeping and washing floors 2) Battery backup only 30 minutes. If charge is exhausted we cannot use it with chord (if required) but wait for next recharge which may take 3-4 hours 3) Though wheels are provided, product is a little heavy. 4) Suction is not much powerful. 5) Difficult to suck bigger debris.

This wet and dry vacuum cleaner is a fantastic all-around cleaning tool. It delivers strong suction, handles both dust and liquid spills with ease, and feels durable enough for everyday use. The tank is easy to empty, the attachments are handy, and switching modes is simple. Though a bit bulky, its power and convenience more than make up for it.

Update: Still have not received a filter. I contacted their support and they said they were out of stock, and to wait another week. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional service. A basic thing like a filter will have to be changed throughout the life of the product, and they are refusing to sell it. To get a replacement filter, one has to email them and wait weeks, and follow up, and still one doesn’t get any filter. So after the first filter gets clogged, the product becomes useless. Not even had it three months. Unacceptable customer service. Avoid this at all costs! Update: it has been over 2 weeks since i requested Bissell for the new filter, and no word from them. Cannot buy it from anywhere else either. This is the worst possible experience, since in less than 3 months i am not able to use it, and the company itself is not providing a basic filter replacement in time. What a waste of money. I advise to avoid such products, and only purchase from a company from whom you can purchase spare parts without such bureaucracy. My first purchase arrived with an open box. I replaced it. The second has stopped working within less than 3 months. The filter seems to be clogged, but nowhere to buy a replacement filter. The customer service does not pick up. So the vacuum is not useful anymore. What a waste. Edit: finally got through to customer service. They do not let you buy a filter. Because it is under warranty you have to email them your invoice, they take approval, and after that send you a filter. I told them that it seems like this will take too long and that i am willing to pay just to receive the filter immediately. They refused and said it is their “process”. So tomorrow if they decide not to send you a filter, then no where to purchase it from. The mop is nice. But they have guaranteed that i will never purchase any product from them again.

Excellent service from Bissel. My product stopped working after use of 1 month but company replaced it with new one. Easy to use and easy to clean and it cleans nicely.
