I was impressed with this product I’ve been having a little memory issue and I feel this product helped me remember things a bit better also it helped with digestion I didn’t have a lot of gas after meals. The pills are easy to swallow and had no overpowering taste. Being Vegan it’s not easy to find supplements you can depend on for a better healthy experience. I have been taking the lions mane mushrooms for two weeks now and have really enjoyed this product for the most part. I am a single mother that is in school full time, working full time and just has a very busy lifestyle. For quite sometime it has been difficult for me to have the energy and focus to be able to get everything done that I need to (and to remember everything that needs to be done to boot). But this product has helped to improve my memory and focus, which is a huge deal for me. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars though because it claims to aid in digestion which it has not made a difference for me at all. However, I had my gall bladder removed almost 2 years ago and it’s been difficult for me to find anything that helps my gastrointestinal issues. I also feel that even though it has help so much with improving my memory and focus, I could use a little bit more of a boost. I may try to increase my dosage to see if that makes a difference. But overall, I believe this is a very good product.

I've been taking 3 tablets every morning as the directions recommend. i've not finished the first bottle yet but I'm amazed at the improvements I'm seeing. Primarily with gastritis and skin condition. I thought my gastric issues were due to gluten but after starting this product I've been able to eat an occasional piece of bread without the dreaded diarrhea. I've also been amazed at the changes in my skin. For the longest time my skin has been dry and scaly. The past 2 weeks I've noticed a oiliness to my skin and it has become very smooth. I've also started sweating again. Lack of sweat has been something I haven't had for a number of years. I'm 63 and feel like I found the fountain of youth. I mentioned the changes to one of my doctors and he said it is probably reducing inflammation in your system. My main reason to buy the product is to see if it will help the diabetic neuropathy in my feet and legs. I'm going to hold off commenting on that until I've taken the product for several months. I've had numbness for a long time. I'm sure it will take time to heal to the point that I'm able to see a big change.

I recently was diagnosed with gastritis & wanted relief badly! This came at the best time and it’s vegan!! Bonus! Love all of the info about the company & the how it gets it ingredients/where it’s made. That’s important to me. Directions were simple. Take 3x a day. I didn’t notice immediate relief but after a few days I absolutely noticed that my throat felt better, my chest didn’t burn & I wasn’t “noticing” much at all which was great! To be honest I was taking a prescription medication along with this & after 2 weeks I’m still having some symptoms on & off. I’ll continue this as it seems to help but not completely take it away.

I had tried the Lions Mane Mushroom capsules and can say that I really have enjoyed the product. I have taking 3 pills per day as the bottle states. I appreciate that the product is vegan as well as gluten free, soy free and non gmo. This is very important to me since I follow a plant based diet. Since taking the Lions Mane I do feel clearer cognitively and over all more alert. For some reason I more energy than I normally would. I haven’t changed and thing in my diet so I attribute this to the Lions Mane. I know that Lions Mane reduces inflammation in the body as well, which is also a great benefit. I will be purchasing this product again and I would recommend this product to friends and family.
