These are amazing. I was starting peri a few years ago. I didn't feel myself. I felt irritable, angry, upset, if i'm honest I was loosing myself and my relationship. I thought i'd give these a go on a whim. Wow, what a difference! I felt like a new womann in a week. Plus you only take 1 tablet a day. Excellent value for money compared to other contenders and in my opionion work so much better. Very effective. Easy to swallow too. I can't recommend these enough. they literally saved me!

After 20 days my hot flashes started to be less frequent, before I had them about every half hour, including at night. I bought them primarily because they don't contain additives or other added nonsense. I recommend you try them.

⭐️Honest Review⭐️ I rarely write reviews as there’s rarely a product I feel passionate enough about to warrant the effort of pen to paper! LOL. I feel I can give a fair and honest perspective having been taking this product for over 6 months now, and I have every intention to carry on for the foreseeable…Early menopause runs in my family and at 42 I had started to see a change in my menstrual cycle. Despite having suffered from hyper/hypothyroidism since 20 my monthly period was always 28 days exactly. My cycle started to get a little sporadic with no regular pattern, many times I could wait 55 days for my period to start. My periods had also become much shorter and lighter, which to be honest I could live with! However, when I reached late 43 I began to notice I was waking up with cold sweats, as well as hot flashes in the day. They seemed to strike when I least expected it BUT the hardest part was how irritable and grumpy I became! I feel so sorry for my family looking back, as I was utterly miserable! I started to look at other avenues for help to ease my symptoms, and I came across this product, ‘Menopure’ on Amazon. I felt I had nothing to lose as all ingredients are safe and completely natural, but in all honesty didn’t have particularly high expectations! Well, I was so wrong but VERY happy, especially after two weeks had passed and I felt so much better. I didn’t even realise when my period was due because I stopped experiencing the mood swings and irritability that I used to suffer with in the week leading up to my period. I haven’t experienced any further sweats which is a bonus, and my monthly cycle seems to have stabilised somewhat. I know my system is ‘turning off’ but at the same time Menopure drastically helped with psychological and physiological symptoms that had began to distress me, before I commenced use of the product. I think the cost is fair and may seem a little on the pricier side when compared to cheaper products offered. However, you are purchasing TWO months worth as you only need to take 1 capsule a day! I can’t express enough how much these tablets have helped me with awful symptoms of perimenopause! I say we deserve it and why tolerate unnecessary sweats and mood swings when you may not have to?! i can’t promise it will have the same outcomes for every woman, as of course we are all different. I'm Perimenopausal, I suffer from terrible hot flushes, cold flushes, brain fog, insomnia, depression, anxiety as well as my the usual things like hair loss, clapping on lots of weight etc etc. My doctor recommended HRT, my hot flushes and craziness pretty much stopped, but after 4 months I had to come off it because I started with hideous migraines, my Asthma went crazy and I kept getting a numb arm. I tried to woman it out and went for months on nothing but my symptoms were driving me bonkers. I tried Menopure. Within a week or so I noticed a massive reduction with my hot flushes, then I noticed that my depression and a lot of my other symptoms didn't seem as bad. After 2 months, I was tons better, I could sleep under the duvet, no more hot flushes, craziness under wraps, tons more patience even to the point of helping my husband replace the hallway flooring - we didn't fall out once. Sooo.. I thought I was cured and didn't reorder any more. I bought a cheaper supermarket multivitamin for ladies going through Menopause... After several nights of being on fire and wide awake, forgetting so many things through the day like why I walked in to the kitchen, what did I pick this up for? to being able to grow a better beard that my hubby, whilst the hair on my head falls out in clumps, and generally being an absolute cow to everyone, I think it's safe to say I'm not cured. That was maybe 3 weeks ago, needless to say that I ordered more Menopure and started back on it at the beginning of the week, it's Thursday, and it's the first night I've slept through until morning in a while so fell better just for that. I'm not saying its a cure, but it does seem to make some of the symptoms easier.

I'm in perimenopause and have been taking this supplement for a couple of months. Sadly I haven't noticed any change in my symptoms. My hot flushes are the same, my mood swings are the same, I still have insomnia and brain fog from time to time. On the positive side, they are tasteless and easy to swallow.

I have been taking this for over a year now . All my hot flushes went and my aches and pains in my legs and arms went.about a month ago I stopped taking them as I forgot to subscribe and in that mouth I stop all my pains in my legs and arms came back and my hot flushes. So I went straight back on them.well worth the money.

Amazing! I've been using the peri menopause & Menopause Complex for just over 3 weeks now. My main reason for wanting something to help was that I was only sleeping for 1-2 hrs at a time and waking up hot. Since March I had been getting hot flushes too, about 15 a day. The flushes didn't bother me too much but the lack of sleep effects everything else in your life. I couldn't believe it, since the first tablet I have not had a single flush. My sleep started to improve after a week and last night I slept for 5 1/2hrs solid! The tablets are not too big & easy to swallow and have no nasties. I suffer with migraines and have stomach issues, these tablets have not had any affect on either, except I've not had a migraine for 3 weeks. I take it just before my evening meal. I honestly can't believe how much better I feel. I know we are all different but for me these really do suit me.

Great product! I've added it to my subscriptions in Amazon. I'm perimenopausal and my cramps have subsided when I take this with my regular vitamin routine.

This really helps to stop the hot flashes and night sweats. At first, I just took 1 in the morning, and hot flashes were less but not gone. I decided to try taking 1 more before bed. That was what worked! I've been taking these for 3 months now. I had to change the auto ship to receive once a month. Great price for a product that really works!

I waited until after my second bag to write this so I've been taking them for 4 months. Unfortunately after the second bag I'm questioning whether the ingredient level are accurate every bag. After taking the first bag I noticed my perimenopause anxiety had lessened and so did the nights sweats so I was really hopeful this was working. However, by the time I was getting to the end of the second bag my symptoms had come back in full force so I've quit taking them and are now trying a different option that has different ingredients. Hopefully I will get better results from the new one.

These helped slightly, but just not enough relief for me. Too bad

Did not help with menopause caused bloating and severe stomach problems & pain. Unable to get a refund
