I saw a question about aluminum content. Am I correct that this is only 1.5 mg per .5 gram of Shilajit? That sounds safe.

This Shilajit has about the highest level od Aluminum of all Shilajits on the market. Until recently the analysis certificates were up on their website showing a baffling 3062 ppm of aluminum, which is over 3x more than Healthforce Shilajit, which is so bad it's can be considered toxic, according to the Consumer Wellness Center. How many servings does 30 grams make? How long should it last?

The jar contains 300 minimum 100 mg servings. Realistically the jar will last around 2 months as most people will take anywhere from 250-500 mg daily. If you weight under 110lb, 100 mg serving will suffice, if you are over 110 lb, 250-500 will be your dose.

Anybody try this with a teflon spoon for dispensing?
