I haven’t tried it on a bat. It might knock it down if it is in close range. I don’t think it will kill it, only stun it.

will this kill frogs?

No it will not. Why would you want to kill frogs? Frogs are harmless and kill flies. This gun is designed to kill insects at close range. Not frogs.
