I strongly recommend this to anyone who needs to stay awake for a long time. The Rhodiola Rosea is great for prolonged energy. I like the fact that you can stay awake for a long time, but if you desire to go to sleep, you can. You just lie down for a little while and you can fall asleep.

Works very well, but. Coming off them doesn't feel fun. You get slowly more anxious...on them I feel way more care free and relaxed about life

I’ve been suffering with very high stress and recently started having mild panic attacks due to anxiety triggers. Since I’ve started taking these (one at night before bed) I’ve noticed a significant drop in my overall stress and mood and believe these are what’s helping me because I’ve tried so many other techniques like breathing, yoga, and other supplements and for me, I feel this is the perfect combination for my personal situation. I have no negative side effects and plan on sticking with this product as a staple for managing my stress. They are a little bigger than average but I’ve been taking supplements for years and these are worth it to me. On another note, I have PCOS and stubborn belly and midsection fat but since I’ve started taking these consistently with my other supplements to manage PCOS, I’ve finally hit below the 130 pounds mark in my weight which I’ve been trying for years to drop down to. So, I really think this product and the way it’s helping my body deal with stress is why I’m finally seeing the last few pounds start to come off. I’ve been dealing with this issue for about 10 years and I’m so relieved I may have found an effective combination to help me.

I absolutely love this product. I’ve been taking it for months. I didn’t even realize how much it was helping my adhd brain until I ran out and didn’t take it for a few days and all my cabinets were open. 😅 I feel good, the ingredients are clean, they’re very effective in helping to regulate my mood, but they are not easy to swallow!! The ONLY thing I don’t like about this product is that the capsule size changes frequently. Sometimes a normal size is delivered but more often lately they’re so big. It’s recommended to take three but the capsules are so big that it’s not easy (especially when I take other supplements.) I don’t know how to get the normal sized capsules but they’re so big it’s making me contemplate switching to a different product- which I really don’t want to do!!

I have been taking prescription meds to help with anxiety and none of them worked. Just one dose of this and I can tell the difference my sleep and over all well-being improved exponentially. Do not think about it buy now and subscribe you won’t want to run out. Cheers!

Update: Customer service was great. They reached out to refund my order. I might try other combinations but definitely research them first. It turnes out that it is not safe to have this combination of herbs together. I wish I checked before ordering, but I assumed they are competent and wouldn't sell anything that doesn't go well together. Well I was wrong what a waste of money.

This has done wonders for my teen girl. She is now able to focus, and have more energy. It’s very effective for her ADHD brain. No taste and easy to take by mouth. No upset stomach side effects.
