Wood Chip Wall Paper Eater!! Has a chemical reaction to the old wallpaper paste & adhesion. This stuff is amazing used a perforator (silverline - lethal bit of kit) to perforate the old paper really well, it pays to have the wallpaper for removal very well perforated, then diluted this as instructions & sprayed on wall, let it do it`s magic for about 20mins. When removing old wallpaper use a power handle scraper & keep spraying with cold water as you go, top to bottom, use a garden bottle sprayer with an adjustable nozzle. This Wallpaper stripper & water mix runs down the back of the wallpaper so watch out for electrical sockets!!! & carefully scrape off old paper to not damage your interior walls, plaster board etc. Works a treat, effort required (as with any D.I.Y) :-)

The seller sent me the wrong product at first but did sort things out in the end. This stuff is okay for getting backing paper off etc but woodchip still needed a wallpaper steamer.

Brilliant product. Stripped off my wood chip wall paper lovely with minimal effort.

i bought this after reading a few review's outside of Amazon and thought i would try a small bottle to test a room i was stripping . Great product i used it to help me with the removal of the Dreaded wood chip paper. works really well make sure you follow instructions and wear the right safety gear. just to need to order a larger bottle for the rest of the house now..

Not impressed, product did not help to remove stubborn wallpaper at all, appears to be a complete waste of money. Once purchased the instructions then recommend that you buy a wallpaper perforator etc etc even more expense. I did write to the distributor regarding my disappointment and received a letter recommending that I try further products they make ! Good money after bad. Resorted to the good old wallpaper stripper.

UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS BAD REVIEW IT TAKES TIME TO SOAK OVER NIGHT OR 48 HOURS AND SOME HARD WORK AS THEY CALL IT ELBOW GREAS Almost was not strong enough to remove certain wallpapers or Decupadge projects! Read the 1 STAR REVIEWS. TRIED TO ADD A VODEO CLIP BUT FIGURES ISNT GOING THROUGH?!

I was skeptical when I purchased this product, O my goodness I was very much impressed with the results. I was removing a long stretch of paper border, so I used a thin 2” plastic spatula only after 10 minutes after applying the mix to the wall, and the Paper just slid off the wall. Amazing stuff!!!!

I have yet to use the product but I'd like to rate the initial transaction: The first SHIPMENT & PACKAGING of Zinsser Wallpaper stripper was terrible, the worst I've ever seen! The bottle was not itself sealed and then it was placed into a plastic bag where it leaked 1/3 of the contents out during shipping and also ruining a book I had ordered that was shipped in the same box! I have since received replacements for both, but have not used the wallpaper stripper as of yet. To make matters worse, after I tried to send an email about the situation to Amazon (unsuccessfully,)I received a "no reply to" email stating that if I didn't send back the original book AND wallpaper stripper, I would be charged for the replacements as well!! After finally getting through to someone at Amazon, the request/threat of returning the wallpaper stripper was rescinded and I am only responsible to send back the damaged book.
