Not a plumber! Easy to install the instructions were very easy to read as well as being informative. Everything I needed to install this was in the box. (Obviously not tools) Slimline and does the job with no issues. Very quiet when filling up I would say this is good value for money

Really good value, my only issue is the inlet valve is plastic and not brass. But for the money - what do you expect. Easy to install and works great.

Takes a bit of fitting and we had to cut away the back casing (that sits on the inside of the push button) in order for it to fit our current system, but now our toilet flushes like a dream! Have just bought 2 more to replace the other ones in the house

the flush button keeps sticking.

I bought this to replace another concealed cistern which gave a very anaemic flush. This unit pretty much slotted straight in and gives a much stronger flush. I had a self inflicted issue on first instal in that the flush pipe connecting to the toilet was too long and was inserting too far into the cistern, keeping the flush flap valve slightly open. This meant the cistern would not fill with incoming water simply draining into the toilet bowl. 30mm removed with a hacksaw did the business and the unit worked perfectly on reassembly. I should add, I reused the existing flush pipe rather than the supplied pipe but fitted with the new seals. Very pleased with it for the money and highly recommended!

This was around £20 cheaper than the bigger chains and super easy to fit.

I’ve had two of these cisterns - one for my house and one for a tenant. In general they’re very good. Only complaints are the cuff for the flush is too big. If trying to fit onto a tiled, pasteboard wall it’s almost impossible to fit and have to make a local solution. The second is that the inlet is fitted with a one way valve that requires quite a high water pressure to overcome. I presume this is to reduce noise but results in the tank taking an extremely long time to fill up so had to remove from both units
