what is the expiration date?

The purchaser has to look at the bottom of the bottle to get the expiration date. All three of my Good Day Chocolate melatonin bottles with different milligram amounts have the expiration date on the bottom. The dates are all sometime in 2023, but double check.

Are these gluten free?

What is the difference (other than packaging) between the sleep chocolates for adults and kids?

Hello, Thank you for your question. We use the same great formula (1mg of melatonin per piece) so the biggest difference is the dosage. For kids age 3 to 18 we recommend no more than 1 piece only when needed.

Helps with A.D.H.D. sleep issues!!

Writing this because it's just been a lifesaver for me in regards to sleep. I have adhd. Mind never shuts off for a second, and if I can't fall asleep by 3 am, it means I'm pulling an all-nighter. However, there are things like melatonin that alleviate some of these issues, but the main reason I mentioned adhd is because I commonly forget to take supplements or vitamins- but these taste so good that they give me an incentive to remember. Technically speaking, I'd say that they stimulate me enough to remember to take them. Either way, within 20 minutes or the time it takes to drink a glass of milk slowly, I'm knocked out, and I get a much better and deeper sleep. 100% worth trying if you have issues with insomnia for any reason, but the help adhd and remembering to take it is key. Hope it helps!

HORRIBLE

BOUGHT FOR YEARS AND NO PROBLEMS!!! THIS LAST SHIPMENT HAS A NASTY BURNT TASTE!!!! They're horrible!!! Would like a refund, can’t get them down so nasty tasting!!!!! November 2025 are gross too!!! I have bought a lot of these and finished my orders from Aug and they were fine. Something happened in your November to Jan bottles and they’re BITTER AND GROSS!!
