It works alright. But I have not had 'gentle' results. Causes me some cramping and discomfort. Does not taste good, but I put some lemon juice in it when I take it. It helps decrease the bitter. Drink some milk after, to get the taste off your tongue. It does work to clean you out.

Good product! Great gut cleanser when taken with hot tea or hot coffee but stay near a restroom for a few hrs. It is bitter tasting but putting it in bottle water or juice makes it bearable to drink. I must say I have a lot more energy and better digestion system l don’t feel bloated anymore. Great Great product!! I’ve already purchased two more bottle after only having the first bottle for five days. So it doesn’t sell out when you find out how well it works.

Ok so this really has an AWFUL taste! Lol , but in the short time that I have been using it my sleep has improved and I was not even taking it for that!! I started taking it because of inflammation and circulation problems in my feet, hands, and arms that would go numb overnight. I was frequently waking up two or three times a night and sometimes I’d have hives on my body so I couldn’t sleep unless I took Benadryl. Since I started drinking it in the morning as a tea with honey, I no longer have the inflammation or circulation problems. Item was shipped and arrived on time as promised no issues with the seller.

This works too well. I would advise you to take it after meals and drink plenty of water. The taste is not for the weak so get creative. I used orange juice and pineapple juice as chasers. Broth also was helpful in illimating the after taste. Worth every dollar. Be consistant and you will see wonderful results.

Taste is strong but product is effective and works i was constipated all the time didn't know what was wrong on with me but soursop bittersweet cleaned me out I feel so much better it's been a month in a half I'm grateful

I bought this couple days ago, i been taking it for two days straight. And since then i haven't left the toilet. This really works. I have more bowel movements, i don't feel bloated. I feel so relief and lightweight. I love it. be buying more of this soon.

It tastes very bad...so you know it's good for you!! Inhad to take 1 tablespoon shot of the bitters and immediately chase it with apple juice..then I did my 2nd tablespoon of bitters then more apple juice. That was the best way for me...I tried mixing it with OJ and it was too terrible I thought I was dying!!! Im a little dramatic but I'm pretty good with taking things that tastes disgusting but this one was hard.......but it is worth it my gut feels much better and it does start immediately so try it for the first time on the weekend when your at home...lol I will be buying again, now that I've found the best way to take FOR ME!😃
