I've been using these bars in my weight loss program as a snack. They are delicious and very filling. I can carry them with me and have them whenever I get hungry.

Felt very sick after eating this. I can't say for sure this is what caused the illness, but the lingering taste of cinnamon while I was throwing up certainly didn't help things. It was also gritty and kind of unpleasant.

You get 7 cinnamon crisp bars in each box. Each bar is a 1.58 dense ounces and filling. It has a very pleasant scent. The cinnamon flavor is quite good, potent, with a crispy crunch and yogurt coating. However, it’s quickly followed by a lot of sweetness. There are a lot of sweeteners in here, including regular sugar. They’re marketed as a support snack for people using GLP-1s. I am using GLP-1s, and being able to have a high-protein fiber bar that travels well without refrigeration is a nice option when I don’t have fresh foods available.
