Good quality, compact and strong and easy to use.
I didn't expect that your muscles can be stimulated like this, but they can! The sensation of the electrical pulses is a little weird at first, but you get used to it. You can workout your legs, abs and glutes with this. The way it works is you charge the hexagonal battery unit and then attach it to one of the devices which you then stick to your skin, depending on which muscles you want to train. When it's on you feel a little tingling sensation and you feel your muscles contracting. It's not painful at all. I have hairy legs and the device is easy to put on and take off without pulling my hair. It appears to be of good quality. There are 19 levels of strength and you feel your muscles contracting on even the lowest strength, so this thing can be quite powerful.

Not for building but massage and recover yes
I don't think it's to build muscle but I'm going to use it to recover my muscles. I tried all settings. And lower setting was the best felt like I was getting a massage.

Over all a good product
Works well , using when I'm not able to do my normal workout, one issue is the sticky gel pads can slide. But I would say it's a good product & the difference settings are good

Painful and disappointed
After 2-3 uses itself, I believe there was a short circuit and both arm bands and abs one caused so much pain with sharp electric strikes in a single side even in very low intensity. As I was travelling and used it only after my return (a month or so later after purchase), I couldnโt initiate return unfortunately. I have experienced similar painful strikes with a few other brands as well, but they are usually after 10-20 uses, but this one was just after a couple of uses and hence disappointing

Didn't really have great expectations for the price but thought I'd try this EMS out. All good but use frequently. My arms have definitely toned and lost some fat. Would recommend in addition to exercise not on its own for possibly slightly quicker results. Possibly.

Benefit for reduced core strength
I bought this to aid with my core strength. I am disabled and have difficulty raising my body, I have been using this product for a week and have noticed some benefits. The item seems durable and easy to use.
