This controller is leaps and bounds better than my previous PC controller. The wireless connection is very reliable and responsive. The buttons feel great, as does holding the controller itself. It's simplistic in design but looks really nice. There are RGB LEDs on by default, but thankfully they can be switched off as they are a bit distracting. There are a couple of extra buttons and a really cool feature let's you toggle a switch to change how the L2/R2 buttons are pressed down, so you can make the shoulder buttons act like a pedal or make them clicky like the face buttons. It came with a premium looking charging dock, which will light up until near full then it turns off. I am still a bit confused by the charging as the light would not stay on for long, until after a big play session then the charging light would stay on longer. At first, I was worried there was a charging fault, but after a week's use with intermittent charging, the controller is still going strong, but it's hard to gauge whether or not the controller is fully charged when that light goes off. But in my experience, you can't go wrong with pulling it from the charging dock when the light has switched off as it's yet to run out of power. The charging dock has the usb receiver attached to it for convenience but it can be unplugged and put into your pc usb port if you don't want the charging dock plugged in. A great feature! Overall, dare I say this is the best PC gaming controller I have ever used? It really is high up there. Thank you for reading my review.

After owning 2 elite controllers which both suffered squishy triggers and stick drift, i decided to try this controller as it got pretty good reviews and it def doesn't disappoint, feels comfy, sticks work perfectly, buttons have a nice feel to them, also I'm not one for paddle triggers on the back of controllers but these are actually good and don't get in the way. The rgb can be customised so you can have what you like or none at all, and the overall customisation is very good, the dock is a part i do really like, plugs into pc and when you are finished it immediately disconnects and charges but then if you fancy one more go it instantly reconnects, very good price for what you get UPDATE: i did have issues with controller disconnecting randomnly, and changed the usb port from blue to the red (which has a higher bandwidth) after which it has worked perfectly, so whether the dock/dongle need more power i dont know, but def cured my issue

I picked this up to replace an old Xbox Elite controller that had developed faulty buttons. I wasn’t expecting it to match the feel of a premium controller, but this 8BitDo genuinely holds its own. Despite being much cheaper, the build quality is excellent, there’s no flex, no creaking, and it feels solid in use. The software’s a standout too. Setting up the rear paddles, adjusting dead zones, and customising profiles is all straightforward and works exactly as it should. The addition of hall effect sticks at this price is a real bonus, and after months of regular use on PC, it's been completely reliable, no dropouts or weird behaviour at all. The charging dock is another win. The controller slides onto the pins with zero fuss, no fiddling around to get it to sit just right, which seems to be a common issue with other brands. It’s a strong alternative to much pricier options and has genuinely exceeded expectations.

The D-pad feels very comfortable. It has a nice, soft actuation, which I prefer over the clicky D-pads from my Xbox one. The analogue sticks also feel really good, they are not only smooth and responsive, supposedly uses "Tunneling Magnetoresistance" which should mean they are precise and will last well. The wireless connection feels very quick too, with no noticeable lag. A nice feature for the RGB fans: customisable RGB lighting around the analogue sticks. You can choose the colours you like. It is also possible to have the colours change when you rotate the sticks which made for a cool visual effect. The software also allows for a lot of tweaking, making the whole controller highly customisable well beyond just the lights, like remapping buttons. The back bumper buttons feel well made too, I mapped them to the stick click functions (L3 and R3). Way more comfortable than having to click down on the sticks. The charging stand also looks nice, make the whole thing sleek. The switchable trigger system is a bit of an ehh. It's a bit of a gimmick rather than a truly cool feature (much like the haptic on PS5), and honestly, a bit inconvenient to use, so I have mostly left it on the standard setting. Overall though, I'd give this a strong 4 stars. It is comfortable to use, offers genuinely useful features (especially those back buttons and the customisation), and the performance is excellent. If you are looking for a reliable and responsive wireless controller, try this, you're getting way more for your money than the PS5 or Xbox controller here. Just be aware this specific model is for Windows and Android, not the Switch/2.

Good controller with a 2.4ghz dongle included. TMR sticks feel pretty good too so I'm overall happy with the pricing

A great controller that will last you ages. It’s great value for money and a breeze to set up with the included dongle. Battery life has never been an issue as the included dock ensures it’s always charged. My only complaint would be the thighs on the controller could be slightly longer to fit better

Elle surpasse la manette Xbox ! (10/10)À la base, j'ai acheté cette manette 8BitDo pour ses palettes arrière, et c'est un vrai bonheur. Les gâchettes à clic sont un excellent bonus qui améliore grandement les sensations en jeu. Après quelques heures d'utilisation, elle surpasse clairement la manette Xbox grâce à ses options et sa qualité de fabrication.Le support de recharge inclus est tout simplement génial : on prend la manette et elle se connecte instantanément, sans aucune prise de tête.Mon seul petit bémol concerne la croix directionnelle, que je trouve un peu molle à mon goût. Mis à part ce détail personnel, c'est un 10/10. Un produit excellent !

Viniendo de un mando de PS4, este se siente un poco más pequeño, pero la distribución de los joysticks y botones me resulta más cómoda. Los materiales son sólidos y de buena calidad. Lo uso principalmente en PC y la conexión es estable. Tuve un problema menor que se solucionó con una actualización de software; el programa es sencillo pero cumple bien su función. Por el precio, me parece un muy buen producto con buena relación calidad-precio.

Feels good in hand, plays well too. Effortless connection in Windows, but slightly more difficult with Bazzite: was constantly losing connection with dongle, but worked flawlessly via Bluetooth.
