I’ve been using the Danyesth Webcam for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The adjustable gooseneck is a game-changer — it lets me position the camera exactly where I need it, whether I'm doing a hands-on demo at my desk or trying to maintain eye contact during a Zoom meeting. The 1080P image quality is crisp and clear, and it works great with all my apps — Zoom, Teams, Skype — no setup hassles. I also love that I can easily switch between full-body view and a close-up just by repositioning the neck. If you give a lot of presentations or just want a more flexible webcam setup, this one is absolutely worth it. Great quality for the price!

Works well on my desktop for zoom calls. Easy to assemble and fit.

Works just fine. Came with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. The Dynamic range isn't great as in natural light from a window the image will be too bright and lowering the brightness on the camrea to make up for it loses too much detail on the darker parts of the image. Though the general camera quality is good. The poseability is amazing; it's surprisingly stiff and keeps its place. The clip is stable and works to attach to more things then you'd think, e.g. I have a metal bar in my room which it could easily attach to. The privacy cover is fine, it isn't attached to the camera but you can easily loosley tie it to the stem to keep it handy when needed. It's pretty secure on there and I don't think it would fall off. Camera also has a green light while active.

I bought this webcam in January 2026 for my work laptop as I have my laptop on a shelf and needed a webcam that was flexible to change position and could be adjusted, after reading the reviews I went with this product. Firstly - the quality of the video is okay, and it was easy to plug in and use immediately (I work in the NHS and was worried my NHS laptop wouldnt be happy about this external device but it recognised it and used it straight away which was good). The issues though: - It doesnt stay stable - the wire is bendy but for me I just couldnt get it to stay still and not continuously move position. I ended up having to blue tac the back of it to the shelving unit - which worked for a while - but annoyingly the wire would then block parts of the screen so I would have to keep moving it. Now today (April 2026, 4 months later) - I've logged on to set up a teams meet and gone to test the devices (good practice before a meeting, if you know you know!) - and its saying "camera failed" - no lights, no nothing. Just not working. I've tried to reboot the whole system. Just dead. So for 4 months of bendy wire wobbles and then just to die on me like that, I'd give this a 1 star and would advise others to be mindful of purchasing this item unless you have a set place and dont need to move it (which feels a bit against the whole point/design of it)

This is a genius design, a little pricier than other webcams, but it's worth it because you can position the camera anywhere you want it. For me, the ideal position was central of the screen so that when I'm on a video call and looking at the other attendees on my screen, it looks to them like I am looking straight at them instead of the usual looking away vibe you get. Pic quality is also good and the focus function is handy too.

Compact design and good-quality image. Plenty of additional functions for out-and-about use with my laptop and for a range of applications, such as podcasts. Great price for such a high spec, and it was very easy to set up. It feels robust, which is part of the neat design.

The camera quality is amazing and it is as simple as plug and use with this camera, totally would recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly webcam for your PC. ALso not only does it have a built in privacy cover there is 7 different lighting brightnesses with a white and a warm colour, it has 3 colour filters and can rotate the camera angle 360 degrees & mirroring the camera. Another feature of this amazing webcam is that it has multiple zooming in options and has a tripod that comes in box if you wish to use that too.

WebCam. Pixels and quality of image is really very good, in the right Light. Only issue with it is that cannot change the positioning through settings from landscape to portrait so have some technical issues around streaming.

Sichtschutz (Privacy Shutter) Der Sichtschutz ist ein echtes Plus: • lässt sich einfach vor die Linse schieben • gibt ein gutes Gefühl, wenn die Kamera nicht genutzt wird • schützt auch vor Staub und Fingerabdrücken auf der Linse Gerade im Homeoffice beruhigt es, die Kamera wirklich mechanisch „zu“ machen zu können. Montage & Bedienung • Plug & Play: per USB einstecken, wird von gängigen Systemen automatisch erkannt • Clip-Halterung passt gut auf Monitor oder Laptop • Winkel lässt sich leicht nach oben/unten verstellen Die Einrichtung ging bei mir ohne Treiber-Installation. Achtung: Das Kamera-Mikrofon funktioniert nicht richtig bei falscher Windows-Einstellung (siehe beigefügtes Bild)! Diese PC-Video-Kamera überzeugt bereits mit 4 extern am Gehäuse angebrachten Einstell-Tasten. Die Bildqualität ist für den vorgesehenen Einsatz mehr als ausreichend. Es werden beim Anstecken auf den PC nur Treiber installiert, keine zusätzliche App! Eine App muss vom Benutzer selbst ausgewählt bzw. nachinstalliert werden. Die Windows Kamera App ist bereits OnBoard. Besitzt der Laptop bereits eine integrierte Kamera, so muss in den Systemeinstellungen die gewünschte Kamera ausgewählt werden! Mitgeliefert wird ein kleines User Manual in den Sprachen: EN, DE, ES und ein kleines Operation Guide, welches aber nur in Englisch verfügbar ist. Habe dieses für Kunden ohne Englischkenntnisse als Unterstützung 1:1 in Deutsch übersetzt und als Bild, auch zum Download und Bild vergrößern möglich, bereitgestellt. Hierzu ist aber bzgl. AMCap lt. Microsoft Empfehlung noch folgendes zu ergänzen: Für die grundlegende Nutzung moderner Webcams unter Windows 11 wird die alte Drittanbieter-App AMCap heute nicht mehr benötigt. Die integrierte Windows-Kamera-App ist mittlerweile sehr leistungsfähig und bietet alle modernen Funktionen für den alltäglichen Gebrauch. Windows 11 bringt viele native Funktionen für Ihre Webcam mit, die früher separate Programme erforderten. AMCap mit DirectShow ist ein Legacyfeature und unterstützt MPEG-2 Programmstream-Eingaben. Obwohl AMCap auf veralteter DirectShow-Technologie basiert, wird es von einigen Nutzern trotzdem noch geschätzt, weil es: 1) Eine extrem einfache und leichte Benutzeroberfläche bietet 2) Erweiterte Einstellungen für Echtzeit-Kompression und sehr spezielle Videoformate zulässt 3) Als Notfall-Tool bei Kompatibilitätsproblemen mit sehr alter Hardware dient

Ich nutze die Kamera hauptsächlich für Discord mit meinen Freunden und für Uni-Treffen – und sie liefert in allen Bereichen wirklich gute Ergebnisse. Bildqualität: Die 2K-Auflösung bietet ein deutlich schärferes und klareres Bild als viele Standard-Webcams. Farben wirken natürlich, und auch in etwas schwächerem Licht bleibt das Bild stabil. Selbst bei Zoom-Einstellungen bleibt die Qualität überraschend gut. Mikrofon: Das integrierte Mikrofon überrascht positiv. Die Tonqualität ist klar und verständlich, Hintergrundgeräusche werden gut unterdrückt – ideal für Calls und Meetings. Ich konnte direkt loslegen, ohne ein externes Mikrofon anschließen zu müssen. Praktische Features: 🔹 Lichtfunktion: Das eingebaute Licht sorgt für gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung – besonders hilfreich bei Dämmerlicht oder in schlecht beleuchteten Räumen. 🔹 Zoom & Flip: Die Zoom- und Flip-Funktion sind einfach zu bedienen und machen die Kamera vielseitig einsetzbar. Perfekt, wenn man sich selbst im Bild korrekt positionieren will. Und es sorgt durchaus auch für Heiterkeit, wenn man auf einmal auf dem Kopf steht :-) 🔹 Privacy Cover: Die physische Abdeckung finde ich superpraktisch – sie schafft Sicherheit und Privatsphäre, wenn die Kamera nicht in Gebrauch ist. Einfacher Anschluss: Einfach per USB anschließen und sofort loslegen – keine komplizierten Treiberinstallationen oder Einstellungen nötig. Die Webcam wird sofort von Windows und den meisten gängigen Programmen erkannt. Fazit: Die Webcam ist meiner Meinung nach ein hervorragendes Gesamtpaket zu einem wirklich fairen Preis.
