Per dr I needed more magnesium in my diet. I thought, IF these gummies work, it's a two for one investment.I am SO glad I did. I don't feel so sluggish during the day AND I get calm restful sleep.I my son started taking them and says the same thing.

My husband absolutely loved these. They help him sleep and any aches or pains in the evening. He's not typically on board with vitamins or the regimen of taking them. He tried these and the first night could tell a difference!

I haven't tried one yet because I just realized these have Magnesium Citrate which is primarily used for constipation and gut health.

Tastes great! Can only assume I’m coursing with magnesium now 👌

Generally I really like Olly brand vitamins and supplements so I had no hesitation when ordering this product. However, I have to say, I was disappointed in this one. For one the serving size is 4 gummies which, to me, is a little excessive. Another thing I couldn't get passed was the taste and texture. It had an off flavor and the texture was almost sticky. Unless you can only take gummies, I wouldn't recommend this product.

I take 4 about 30 minutes before bed and honestly I’ve never slept so well. Melatonin keeps me awake, but these make me feel well rested when I wake up in the morning. Love!
