EASY TO WORK WITH & APPLY
I am repairing the cracks in the stucco before I paint my house. I have never done anything like this before, but I don't want to hire anyone to do work I'm capable of doing myself. It's easy to apply, and turning out great.

product already hard in the bucket
half the product in the bucket was already hard. no excuse for that. and i have to drive over 50 miles to return it? not happy at all.

Works well because it stays soft and seals
The most significant benefit of this product is that remains soft and slightly rubbery so it seals. I bought a house that had a leaky roof where a deck abuts a second floor wall. The house is concrete block but the problem wall was a 10 year old change that uses some type of wall board. The guy I bought the house from said that nothing ever sticks to it. There were lots of opportunities for water to get in. I covered a 4' x 2' section between a window and the deck. It stuck well and eliminated the leaks. It looks sort of like the texture of my house and I'm satisfied with the appearance. The negative reviews seem to be from people that didn't understand the product before they purchased it. I was specifically looking for elastomeric to solve my leaks and it did exactly what I needed.

Works perfect on stucco cracks
Our home had multiple stucco cracks. This did the trick.

Elastopatch
This stuff works fantastic. I have a quonset style metal building that has leaked ever since I installed it 14 years ago. I have tried all kinds of materials to stop it from leaking. Finally with this stuff, it has stopped the leaks. it is easy to use and easy to spread.

Cracking after 1 day of drying
If I could return an empty tub I would! This was applied to a concrete surface to seal a shifting crack and everything applied is cracking already! Looks terrible and I would not recommend use on concrete...
