Vitanica Pregnancy Prep, Reproductive System Support, Vegan, 60 Capsules

I first started taking this supplement in 2016 because i was trying to have normal periods. I would have spotting all month long, heavy periods, all around concerning symptoms. I honestly felt in my heart because of this i would have a hard time ever getting pregnant. My husband and i had stopped any kind of protection for a year in a half before I added these to my daily routine. Not because we were actively trying to get pregnant but because of the above. Within the first bottle my spotting got significantly better so i went ahead and bought a second bottle. I didn't get through the second bottle before becoming pregnant! I absolutely credit the pregnancy to these supplements. I stopped taking them once i got the positive pregnancy test and went on to have a healthy baby boy. Fast forward to 2019. I was ready for another baby and this time i was doing everything possible to make that happen. My periods were back to being on the fritz so i got some ovulation strips and ordered some more of these pills. Within three months i was pregnant again and went on to have a healthy baby girl. Again, i believe in my heart Pregnancy Prep helped me get pregnant both times. And if you are not looking to get pregnant but are desperate to have normal periods these really helped me. If you are on the fence just do it! No adverse side effects

I don’t usually write reviews for things unless I’ve had an amazing experience or an awful one. And this...this was an amazing experience. I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year, and I wanted to try to take a natural approach to reversing it or even just coping with it for the TTC process. So instead of getting on some medication from the doctor, I did my research and came across these supplements. I researched the herbs and had previously seen some info about Tribulus and its effects on women with PCOS, so I thought why not give it a shot? I had been trudging through another long cycle (one of which previously had been 105 days), but within 10 days of taking the herbs (I took 2 per day), I ovulated for the first time in a long time. I was so elated that my body had ovulated that I knew a baby would just be a bonus. But lo and behold, that BFP came just 13 days later. 😊 I didn’t want to write this review right away because I figured it could have been a myriad of things that helped me ovulate—diet changes, lifestyle changes, cutting caffeine, etc. However, since I started taking them, I have encouraged at least 3 other women with PCOS to try them, too...ALL of whom ovulated AND conceived. Again, I’m not saying it’s a magic pill, but they really worked for me and for others I know. ❤️

I can't give this product credit for helping me get pregnant because that hasn't happened yet, but it has regulated my cycle and cleared up my acne, both of which I'm very pleased with. I've been taking it for 4 months so far and plan to keep taking it. My cycle naturally varies anywhere from 21 to 26 days, but within my second month of taking Pregnancy Prep I was on a 28-day cycle like clockwork. My adult onset acne was almost 100 percent cleared up by month three, my skin looks better overall, and I feel better in general. If it regulates my cycle, I'm optimistic about it helping me get pregnant. Will try to remember to update if I get knocked up.

I started trying this supplement anticipating a myomectomy for a large fibroid removal in December. I usually took two capsules once to twice daily during the first half of my monthly cycle, then just one capsule once a day the last couple weeks. The directions give you wiggle room to the frequency and quantity so that’s just what I chose. Before the surgery, and before these supplements, I would ovulate around CD 16-17, but since taking them I’m right at CD 14-15. I can’t say if my cycle would have continued the same without them, but I am very happy with the results since starting them. I should add that before the surgery we weren’t getting pregnant, trying for about two years, with a fibroid on the outside of my uterus (advised it wasn’t the cause of infertility, but could be an issue if we went down the IVF road and it continued to grow), and now my cycles are steady and we’ve gotten two early chemical pregnancies back-to-back since the surgery and supplements, the first one only two cycles after. A bittersweet improvement, but an improvement none the less. I should also note that cervical mucous was in fact improved as well, noticeable especially during the day’s leading up to ovulation, so much so that I stopped tracking and testing for it because it was very obvious I was fertile.

I had 28 day cycles before taking this, but we are TTC and I have had a few loses, as well as some signs of some hormone imbalances (night sweats around my cycle), and I wanted to take some herbs to support my body. While taking these I had mid-cycle spotting for the first time ever and then got some before my period. Then my cycle got longer and doesn’t start with a strong flow anymore! I have now ceased to take them, and I am hoping my cycles normalize again.

A friend of mine suggested this because she had PCOS like me, and when she took them she got pregnant. I ordered it and after one week of taking them I finally ovulated (which I hadn’t in 62 or more days) and finally got my BFP!! I’m so excited. I definitely think it helped balance out my hormones. I did not take them once I ovulated since it advises you not to take while pregnant, just because I wanted to be safe. Now I have a full bottle and don’t know what to do with them haha will be using again in the future when we try again for more children, and highly suggest to anyone struggling with PCOS
