Great flavor and gives a great energy boost.

Seriously, this is a game-changer for me. I've tried so many different electrolyte drinks before, and none of them even come close. The taste is just perfect, not too sweet and not artificial at all. I feel so much better and more hydrated after drinking this. I'm definitely stocking up on this stuff! This is the only electrolytes that I drink

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy for a few months now, and it’s become a staple in my fitness routine. The energy boost it provides is noticeable but not overwhelming — perfect for a pre-workout pick-me-up or an afternoon energy lift without the jitters.

This is good stuff and I’m happy to have purchased two on sale under $18. As a stand alone in water it settles to the bottom, even after using the little hand mixer. That’s why it’s not 5 Star. I’d like to replace my soda and this isn’t going to work that way, but I’ll add it to smoothies.

I don't drink soda or coffee, so sometimes to get me through the day I drink this. I miss the cotton candy flavor, but I do love the pineapple! It tastes kinda similar to Mt Dew without any carbonation. There have been times after drinking this that I've felt really exhilarated! It's nice :) Edit: I'm leaving my review at 5 stars because I still really like this drink, but I wanted to add a possible disclaimer. I'm fairly confident this drink has been the source of some foot pain I've been having. I started drinking this brand in late 2021. It was around that same time, I started getting this occasional stabbing pain in the bottom of my foot. Over time, it got progressively worse. It would come and go and I had no idea what was going on. I found out I was pregnant in June 2024 and I stopped drinking it completely. The foot pain went away completely. I started drinking this again in May 2025 and my foot pain is back. Did a little research and I think this might be the possible cause. Maybe, maybe not. But I'm going to stop drinking it and hopefully my foot pain goes away.

Flavor is mellow if that's what you're after then it's a go for it. I prefer stronger. I'm a bigger bang for the buck kind of guy so seeing this large container only half full with product is disappointing. I just have to trust that this is the actually amount I'm supposed to be getting and that it does have 8 of the 9 essential amino acids which is my main priority. First time buyer and probably last due to less flavor and half empty. Going back to RSP brand.
