You get two 2.2 pound bags of flour. the 3x3 information is erroneous. The delivery box would be 12x6x6 inches.

Is this semolina (course) or Durum flour (fine) ground? I need the fine ground Durum for bread not pasta

Semolina, a coarser grind of durum wheat can be used for bread, too, but it will give a different result and may need a recipe adjustment.
