Loving It!!!
I love this Brass Tawa! It’s super easy to use, and the handle doesn’t get hot, which makes cooking very convenient. This was my first purchase from P-TAL. I discovered the product on Instagram and couldn’t stop myself from buying it. It arrived well packaged and works wonderfully for making rotis and parathas. I sometimes use frozen rotis, which can be tricky to cook perfectly on a regular tawa, but this Brass Tawa handles them beautifully. I would definitely recommend it, and I’m excited to try more products from this brand!

Quality and brand
One of the must have. Just that I needed it in 11 inches but still kept it as it's thickness and quality is good, may be because of P-tal it is. Local brass tawa are usually made with mixing iron or similar material which doesn't heat tawa uniformly burning roties.

DO NOT BUY THIS
This is honestly the biggest scam by Ptal. I used to buy literally every kitchen dish from ptal but this is an absolute disappointment. I used it for 2-3 days for chapati and it has turned all blue now, looks like it lost all its colour that was coated on it. I thought ptal is always high quality so I ordered this but now I am returning it because it can be dangerous to health (the colour coming off).

Very disappointing product and poor customer support
This brass tawa is completely useless. It turned black and blue after just one use, even though I strictly followed all the instructions—proper greasing with oil and cooking only on low flame. I contacted their customer support multiple times (4–5 calls). Every time, they assured me that they would look into the issue and call back, but nothing ever happened. Worse, whenever I called again, they didn’t even remember my complaint or previous conversations. The support team clearly lacks understanding and accountability. I strongly recommend not buying this product. The quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse. A complete waste of money.

Best Quality Product But Difficult To Cook With
Material, Built quality, Packaging is very good. Also, the small detailing of the product is taken care which is plus. As it is pure, as per the metal properties it's highly heat cunductive. Pan heats quickly and difficult to control the tempreture. Effectively the cooking becomes difficult. As pan catches high temperatures, food starts to stick and burn.
