These are some great pain relief pads that use gentle warmth. I will purchase these again. They helped me when I needed the comfort from cramps. The quality of the pads seems to be great. The heat-up time was instant and gradual.

This does get very hot and lasts at least 8 hours. However, even when put onto the outside of the underwear, it still made my belly red. I would recommend putting either a thin piece of fabric inside the underwear to prevent burning.

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!

The amount of time these patches last is wild compared to other brands I've tried before honestly!! I definitely wish more came in a package there's only 3 per box which is a bit 😕 so you have to buy several to make them last if you use them alot like I do. I've put it on my back for back pain not just abdomen and it's nice. They got hotter than the others as well which I like alot. So over all the fact that they last all day or half a day for sure is amazing as well as how hot they do become, but I do wish more than 3 came per box which is purely the only critique I'd say to these, otherwise they're worth getting. They are very helpful for my IC of my Bladder (painful Bladder condition) and my IBS when my colon has spasms, so I do use the patches for my Bladder and abdomen the most but I do for my back here and there as well, plus they're easy to use, as well and comfortable to wear. So I'll say 9 out of 10 stars pretty good!

REALLY HELPFUL FOR CRAMPS! The patch is decently big but covers the area enough ensuring heat retention! I’ve tried other heated patches and this is by far my fav!

I bought this without checking how many pouches it comes with. I have really bad period cramps, so I usually rely on a heating pad at home on high. Honestly, this alone isn’t enough, you’d need to use your regular heating pad first to ease the worst of the pain, and then use this on the go to help keep it under control. It doesn’t get extremely hot, but it did help somewhat. I probably wouldn’t repurchase because you’d need more pouches, especially considering the price. So I’d say it works and helps calm the pain, just not entirely worth it.
