EasySMX D05 PC Controller - Enhanced Wireless Bluetooth Pro Controller with Charging Dock/Hall Sensor/RGB Lighting - No Stick Drift, No Dead Zone - Work for Windows PC, Android, Steam and Switch

This controller is a little tricky for me to setup and get working. I have to make sure that Bluetooth recognizes it as Xbox controller. Just keep removing the generic ones if they come up until it connects as Xbox. It has a combination of inputs that put it in pairing mode (I think mine was power on, hold - power button, X,Y it should flash faster. Once it’s setup, it works perfectly! Connects automatically when u take it off the charging hub. It’s a good controller. I have my pc lined out to my 4K TV. And it’s like we have a new console.

This thing is awesome. No cord, no mess. It feels really good in your hands, super responsive, and the light settings are a nice touch. I’ve had zero issues with connection or lag. Definitely a solid upgrade if you’re tired of wired clutter or want something that looks slick on your desk.

This controller is awesome! I am a PC gamer who normally plays using mouse and keyboard. There are certain games I like to play only with controller, and my old switch pro controller wasn’t cutting it. I had to constantly reconnect the Bluetooth to my pc and was basically forced to play wired. With this new controller, the dock has a slot for the receiver, so it is always charging and always connected to the PC. All you need to do is pick it up and press the middle button to wake. The biggest compliment is the grippy texture on the back and the comfort of the joysticks and triggers. The controller has a very premium feel and is not clunky. The lighting is awesome. I like how there are 2 buttons you can program on the back of the controller. This can be used on a variety of consoles as well if I ever want. This product exceeded my expectations for the price.

I've been buying EasySMX controllers since January 2023, and they work relatively well with my PC, which is why I keep buying them. I think I've bought maybe 4 controllers in total. The first one I bought in January 2023 lasted me well over a year before I started getting some pretty nasty drift, which is why I had to replace it. My second one was the EasySMX 9013Pro, bought in June 2024, which was great, again, no issues, and lasted a year. I only had to replace it because the adapter got messed up by accident. Then there was the EasySMX X05, which I bought in May 2025, that I ended up giving to my niece a few months later, as I decided to purchase a controller with a charging dock. Which is where the EasySMX D05 comes in. I have had this controller since October 2025, love it, it feels great, and it works phenomenally. Well..it did anyway. I've been running into an issue the past few days where, no matter what USB port I use, there are connectivity issues between the adapter and the controller. It connects and disconnects every few seconds and rarely stays connected even after resetting it. I have tried about 8 different USB ports, same issue. Tried looking online to see if there were any troubleshooting tips I could try, but none of them worked. I have yet to try being hardwired in, mostly because I hate having excessing cords around my computer.

I used this wireless controller with my Windows 11 PC via Steam. Overall, it has a good feel in the hands and performs well when it connects properly. The included night stand/charging dock is a nice touch. However, I ran into consistent issues connecting via Bluetooth. Sometimes it wouldn’t pair at all, or would randomly disconnect mid-game, which was frustrating. On top of that, the battery life was pretty low compared to other controllers I’ve used. Ultimately, I decided to return it because the connection issues made it unreliable for gaming. It’s a good controller in theory, but the glitchy Bluetooth and weak battery were deal-breakers for me.

Controller has been great and very responsive. I ran into an issue with the controller about 10 months after purchase with it shortly disconnecting and turning off during powering on. Customer service was very responsive and is issuing me a new device under their 1 year warranty.

Works great wirelessly and wired. When I game for a little bits at a time the dock charger is more than adequate to keep it fully charged, but when I game for like a weekend night I just plug the cord in to keep it charging. The turbo functions work great for tedious button press things in games, and you can toggle it on the fly so it doesn't have to be on constantly. Had a small issue with one of the triggers but the support team helped me handle it.

Works great at first but let it slip off your lap one time and buttons stop working and if you are trying to use it on multiple devices it will forget that it is not connected and connect to a ghost device preventing you from reconnecting to another divice.

Not a bad controller! I'm still getting used to it (came from a PS4 style). Set-up was instant. I tried the dongle at first but the range was a little sketchy (PC hooked to TV - sitting on couch), but the Bluetooth solved everything. The build doesn't feel cheap, buttons are a good sensitivity, battery life is great (and it shuts off after a short time of no use). Adjustable sensitivity, rumble and RGB is good but RGB placement is uneven. Time will tell how good it is with more use, but I'm happy with it so far

Great contoller, replaced old wired one. very nice to have wireless and love the dock. connectes seamlessly, very responsive, enjoy having extra buttons on back and led looks great. Only problem is now my wife also wants one!
